Knitten - the cute and friendly phone sock

This knitted kitten is my latest creation.

Knitten is a phone sock designed to protect and beautify one’s iPhone or other small portable devices. The kitten was lovingly knitted this summer and is up to date with the latest fashion trends. Knitten’s design ensures that it bears a timeless resemblance to real felines, having all four legs, ears, face and tail.

One’s mobile device can be easily inserted into the opening under the tail of the kitten for safe storage.

It is easy to use headphones or other accessories whilst the device is inside the Knitten.

…the Knitten can even be worn when the iPhone dock is in use!

Knitten’s final beneficial feature is its tail which can be used as a wrist strap. Carrying a mobile phone in style has never been easier!

The intervalometer and my handmade adaptor for the Canon 20d I use as a backup camera.

Here is the first timelapse I’ve done using this timer, although the video would be smoother if the delay was a bit shorter:

The timer is so brilliant because of its size and the down-to-earth controls — take the two first shots with a delay and it will continue triggerring the camera using the same interval. Half press the button and it will stop. Adds a bit of the human factor to the finished timelapse in comparison to the more advanced timers you can get.
